"WORST SERVICE IN THE INDUSTRY"

I just found out that they are part of Zaffiri. It took a lot of research to find a phone number and their inboxes are all full. Sent an email and they do not respond to those either. We placed an order on 11/22 and their site said 8 to 10 day shipping. They sent notification out that it had shipped on 12/1, NOT SO. USPS says they never received it, but our credit card has been charged. NOW they are saying they don't give out promise dates, so I told them to cancel the order and close our account. We are a firearms parts dealer and needed these parts no later than TODAY and order them in sufficient time for delivery since they were supposedly in stock.. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS! Customer service is non-existent!!
